David lives in Altrincham with his wife Colleen and their cat, Snowy. He is a member of Cheshire local group. His first RS was the iconic Escort RS Turbo Series 1 which he bought in 1988. He's owned an Escort RS Turbo pretty much continuously ever since apart from a brief hiatus from 2016. Regretting the sale, he bought the car back a few years later. David currently has two low milage original Series 2.
Professionally, David was a Chartered Engineer for 40 years and has extensive business management experience having worked as a Tier 1 supplier to the Automotive Industry throughout his career.
